1. It's a clear way of making fools of the customer.I selected auto renew and added balance for renewal but it didn't renew and I lost my remaining data!! Contacted customer service and they did nothing, your customer service should be upgraded to a new levelTheir rollover data plan is fake or incorrect.

2. Thanks for your response.Network too slow... speed very very poor! Customer care service is very very nonsense response to customers... bad behavior... no proper response...(I'm not meen this app) this network customer care! Very worste! Internet speed also toooo poor!I think the free streaming on spotify and Anghami is really good.

3. I could stream music without any data 😊Good app but internet packages to much expensive in oman!!!Not working most of the tineI give one star because of app, the best app for telecommunication providers in Oman, other stars I can not give because data offers are not attractive.

4. Very bad app service.I was given 4 GB bonus data with just 5 days validity.

5. Yesterday i got a msg that my 3.5 gb data will be rollover to this month if i recharge it today with same plan or upgraded.

6. Which means you need to finish the 6 GB open data to use your bonus data before 5 days.

7. Once your subscription is active your internet is used from open data only.

8. If it supposed to get 1.9 gb data why did they mentioned 3.5 gb data will be rollover.

9. Double Data is Awesome but with speeds like this we can't use it on full potential.

1. Fix Red Bull Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Red Bull: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Red Bull App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Red Bull" » Open Red Bull MOBILE Oman » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Red Bull » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Red Bull MOBILE Oman app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Red Bull servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Red Bull MOBILE Oman" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Red Bull app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Red Bull might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Red Bull. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Red Bull then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Red Bull not working

2. Fix Red Bull Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Red Bull be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Red Bull not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Red Bull may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
