1. Does exactly what I want, let's me visualise what is underneath the skin.I installed it and then uninstalled it the image is not clear and not what I was expecting, not possible to learn, money back please.it worked when I allowed them to access my information.

2. Please fix as I use this app for massaging my horses.I want a refund, doesn't even open past the loading page, says there is an error extracting images.

3. I am assuming the next version will be animated to show the action of the individual muscles?A little glitchy but basically does what I need it to do.

1. Fix Horse Anatomy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Horse Anatomy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Horse Anatomy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Horse Anatomy" » Open Horse Anatomy: Equine 3D » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Horse Anatomy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Horse Anatomy: Equine 3D app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Horse Anatomy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Horse Anatomy: Equine 3D" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Horse Anatomy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Horse Anatomy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Horse Anatomy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Horse Anatomy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Horse Anatomy not working
