Advantages: - check own medicine list with Dose - check own labs - ease of sharing files with patients - check own visit notes & vitals - check vaccine history - fix appointment I specially like the updates: - Telehealth option - Manual input option - attach and send file option.Three star bc there is no sent box to view the message you already sent to Dr.Supposedly this is how you are supposed to schedule a kovid vaccination appointment but there is no place to indicate that in their options and it's a worthless app to transcend you to the doctors they want to recommend.

2. Buggy and not user friendly.My friends were so jealous of me that my doctor is so accessible during covid, when other doctors only had a full voice mail box.

3. I have no access to the record of my sent message.Pretty cool that I can access my medical records and prescriptions from years ago.

4. / patient app I have interacted with thus far! Cannot view sent messages, categories / items are unclear.

5. I don't need to go anymore to a doctor with no experience at the local urgent care.Dear MDland, thank you so much for the new updates.

6. When I do, the pop up text consists of raw HTML instead of simple text.Paired with PCP initially but no longer works after the first time.

7. Users need be able to see what they're typing (i.e. text should scroll) and copy & paste text.

1. Fix iClinicHealth Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iClinicHealth: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iClinicHealth App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iClinicHealth" » Open iClinicHealth » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iClinicHealth » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iClinicHealth app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iClinicHealth servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iClinicHealth" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iClinicHealth app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iClinicHealth might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iClinicHealth. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iClinicHealth then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iClinicHealth not working

2. Fix iClinicHealth Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iClinicHealth be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iClinicHealth not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iClinicHealth may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
