1. The website is clean, cut, and straight to the pointIt'll be nice if the app is like other shopping apps, where you can filter and select and manage your account.
2. I have a ralph Lauren account, so I get regular emails on the product lines but when I click on the hyperlink it takes me to my browser, I find what I like but can find it in the app.
3. Other then that you losing tons of customers.It crashes and is buggy, the UI is confusing and an inferior version to the website.
4. This is just poor design and time wasting for me.The app wont start up ive tried installing and reinstalling the past month whats going on? 3/16/21 update.
5. It seems like the app is to exhibit rather than for shopping.Terrible, 80% of the time you can't see what's for sale or what's being sold cuz the app won't upload anything.
6. Would be nice to have more 2XL in men shirts selections.This app is terrible, continuously crashes when I attempt to make purchases.
7. Crashes a lot.The app acts as if it was made with minimal effort, loading times when clicking on any options are endless.
8. Also clothes selection is very limited and seems to target more of the slender side of fashion.
9. Their fix is to call them and place the order over the phone.
10. Smaller companies have managed to have apps that can support their customers.
11. App is a good idea but it's slow and tends to freeze a lot.
