3. Do not recommend this app if you want a physical reminder.this is a beautiful app, but the user experience....to add new lenses and etc you need to really GUESS where to tap.

4. I see no point on downloading this app if you have to keep opening it anyways, your better off setting an alarm on your phone.

1. Fix My Contact Lenses Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Contact Lenses: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Contact Lenses App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Contact Lenses" » Open My Contact Lenses » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Contact Lenses » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Contact Lenses app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Contact Lenses servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Contact Lenses" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Contact Lenses app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Contact Lenses might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Contact Lenses. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Contact Lenses then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Contact Lenses not working
