1. good but has a few mistakesI'll be honest i liked this app when it used to work and i hope my review brings the developer attention, So my issue is the app loses connection when my phone screen is off and it doesn't even login back when i turn it on unless i manually login again, i tried messing around with the app and phone settings to allow background usage and disabled anything that could interfere with it but no use I hope it gets fixed cuz i really want to give it 5 starsBeen using it for ages, it's great.
2. Cons first, i have to manually log in every time, which is quite annoying when i have a steam guard, then for some reason half way using the app ive seen that it bugs out and instead of showing me the games i have it says something like " could not retrieve games" even though i didnt change anything in my steam setting.
3. It might be a personal issue but otherwise it's good as a mobile alternative. To those who get a timeout when trying to login, I had the same issue until I realized that the app still showed my login name even after deleting and reinstalling it.
4. If it would stay logged in, then it would be a 5 star app.First, the pros i like the whole idea of leaving my phone on and it grinding me steam trading cards, which then i can sell on the steam marketplace.
5. Once I had done that, I tried to start the app again and had the ad settings pop back up and had to enter my login name as it wasn't saved anymore and much to my surprise, I was able to login and the app is working again.
6. Went to my app settings, looked for Idle Daddy, and cleared the cache before deleting the data.
7. Not aware of an android alternative which is the app's only redeeming feature but it's not really worth the faff.It works fine, got boosted hours and cards from this app.
8. Still a great app for the first few months though so I'd still recommend 7/10.Will only keep you logged in for an hour or maybe 2 if you're lucky.
9. I like that I can search my library to idle specific games rather than being forced to idle my whole library.
10. It'd be cool to have a whitelist to compliment the blacklist feature, but the library select is a good alternative.
11. One downside is that it keeps logging itself out when the app is not active, and I had to keep switching back to the app using task manager in order for it to relog itself back.
