1. The app had a pop-up about an out of date certificate, but I didn't think that meant 'Update Required'.Easy app to use, very detailed, quick transaction, all your history and future information all in the palm of your hand!!! What more could you ask for!!They are very professional and the payments fits your budget they don't harass you if your late a couple days you can always promise to pay to avoid late fees.

2. The app never updates, shows your balance is zero when it's not, and you can not access statement, every time I try to make a payment, it doesn't work.The App is incredibly helpful, BUT I couldn't sign into my account for months due to an update I needed.

1. Fix RAC Auto Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RAC Auto: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RAC Auto App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RAC Auto" » Open RAC Auto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RAC Auto » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RAC Auto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RAC Auto servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RAC Auto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RAC Auto app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RAC Auto might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RAC Auto. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RAC Auto then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RAC Auto not working

2. Fix RAC Auto Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RAC Auto be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RAC Auto not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RAC Auto may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
