1. The app had a pop-up about an out of date certificate, but I didn't think that meant 'Update Required'.Easy app to use, very detailed, quick transaction, all your history and future information all in the palm of your hand!!! What more could you ask for!!They are very professional and the payments fits your budget they don't harass you if your late a couple days you can always promise to pay to avoid late fees.

2. The app never updates, shows your balance is zero when it's not, and you can not access statement, every time I try to make a payment, it doesn't work.The App is incredibly helpful, BUT I couldn't sign into my account for months due to an update I needed.

3. The other thing is not being able to save the payment information in the app.

4. Easy enough to use, but should be able to save payment info.

5. It won't allow you to open the starements up through the app due to there not being a program on a phone (I have a Samsung S21+) that's able to access it.

6. If that option ever gets added i will change my rating, cuz that's really the only thing it's missing.The amount due never updates correctly, it always tells me $0 balance until a few days before the bill is actually due.

7. I like being able to push a few buttons and bam my bill is paid.

8. To be able to access the statements, you have to go on the site through a web browser on a personal computer.

9. i use the same payment information every time but sometimes i don't have my card with me or handy.

10. I just wish that it showed what is on my paper bill.Should be able to do more with it.

11. Only complaint i have is the inability to save your payment information.

1. Fix RAC Auto Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RAC Auto: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RAC Auto App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RAC Auto" » Open RAC Auto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RAC Auto » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RAC Auto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RAC Auto servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RAC Auto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RAC Auto app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RAC Auto might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RAC Auto. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RAC Auto then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RAC Auto not working

2. Fix RAC Auto Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RAC Auto be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RAC Auto not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RAC Auto may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
