1. I turn it on in the profile, accept the agreement and it'll work for a day or so then the setting is turned off...again. It'd be great if they could fix that or at least listen to what I am saying when I call supportThis morning I woke up and someone took money from my account and they jumped on it, both in email and in text for a transaction an hour earlier.
2. Finger print sign-in, easy transfers between accounts and quick access to see account balances are some of my favorite features.
3. It's easy to access many different controls and options, for example, it took me only 5 minutes to design a new card for myself, with my own personal design! Mobile deposit takes about 3 days to register which is a pain, but i usually deposit at an atm, which mitigates the problem.
4. These all seem like basic things that the app doesn't seem to do well.Great user interface and easy to navigate.
5. I've been considering switching banks lately - this will make switching easier.Has always been accurate and up to date with balances, deposits, transfers, and any else that you need to know about your accounts.
6. Also the portal and interface to access your credit card rewards is clunky and not user friendly.
7. They have done very good with the app., keep up the good work and thank you for being a great bank.It's a mediocre app at best.
8. The only 'bug' is the Zelle payment feature doesn't remove payment requests once they have been sent, which isn't hard to work around.
9. Lastly, if you use another bank account to pay your bill, there doesn't seem to be a way to save it for future payments.
10. Conveniently keep track of spending from all accounts listed, get free credit reports and much more.
11. I've been using it for years with no problems, but tonight I tried to log in to my account and it redirected me to download the Truist app.
