1. The app lacks of planning for the sake of non repeat the same muscular group for the next training days in a rowExercise at your own pace by choosing from an array of workout series, based on modality, duration, and intensity.
2. For the price that is charged, it is quite basic.Work out with the same muscular group several days in a row, and it doesnt matter wich program tou choose.
3. At the moment, I can only do one video a day, but I can tell how much I'm working my body in only a few minutes!!Excellent App!!! Easy to navegate and to choose training I want to do.
4. In this sense it's not good enough because if you work hard, next day you can't follow the program exercises due the weariness.
