iChef BT-600 Customer Insights

1. The app is poorly made , definitely dosent have the range it claims to have , expected better from it but hey it's a temp gauge which is the only thing it does right, seems to be pretty accurate, best feature is being able to have bqq temp and meat temp separate on the app but that's a pain when you walk away from it to grab another drink and it disconnects Don't see the point of having to give this app access to my location and photo files , none of the features even need itHey I've got an idea for you.

2. Thanks for nothing! The app works but for some reason every few minutes I get I get a signal strength warning or no device connected message, even when the devices are side by side which becomes annoying.

3. If your phone or device disconnects due to distance (definitely doesn't reach 300ft) or your Bluetooth turns off, it does not reconnect.

4. Very overpriced unit with only basic functions.I have to keep installing the app all the time to make it workRead the rest of these reviews for a better idea why I rated it 1*... What a f---ing joke.

5. Clearly not.despite the packaging saying the bluetooth is good for up to 300ft I barely go more than 20ft away before the app starts showing the "low signal" warning.

6. Other then that I like the app and the thermometer.app and Bluetooth no longer connecting.the device works once and no longer connects to my pixel 2.

7. that wouldnt b er so bad, if it didn't keep poping up every 15 seconds... I get it the signal is low, now just f#%k off!Frustrating but it sort of worked.

8. The idea is good and the concept is sound but it falls short on delivery.Rubbish, don't buy.

9. Which means you have to restart the app and you looks all your cook time timers and graph data.

10. For the insane price, this app renders the whole thing garbage.Ehh .

11. The range thing is one thing but now it's totally broken.
