1. Don't bother installing.Why are missed garbage pick up and broken cans no longer options in reporting issues? As bad as the service is, I can understand not wanting to get all those tickets, but someone really should be looking into it, since they've broken almost every can on the street, and miss pick up day regularly.Love this! My only issue is that it doesn't always get the address correct without restarting the app.

3. This has been going on ever since the COJ changed at 630-CITY.What is the point of an app if all it does it take me to the website? What is the point of a in-app login if it takes me to the website? These are two questions that the developers and owners of this app should have asked themselves.

4. It constantly crashes, locked up, locks your phone up where you cannot get out of the app and it will not let you shut your phone off when it does crash or lock your phone up.

5. But it certainly does help the city keep Jacksonville Beautiful!Took a perfectly good app that was standalone, and ruined it with this last update.

6. This app has become a piece of junk ever since the COJ changed things at the 630-CITY phone number.

7. Now it takes me to the site, and i have to jump through a million hoops to get the info that I want.

8. Before this got updated it was useful as I could see my waste collection schedule easily.

9. You have to pull the battery out to get it shut down.

1. Fix MyJax Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyJax: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyJax App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyJax" » Open MyJax » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyJax » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyJax app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyJax servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyJax" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyJax app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyJax might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyJax. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyJax then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyJax not working

2. Fix MyJax Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyJax be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyJax not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyJax may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
