Why should I report an Issue with Q-dance?

Not liking the experience after paying 50 bux for it nglOkay so since they did the update to Qdance network the radio feature in the app stopped working for me so I put 1 star and I hoped they would fix because I really like this app, well today I tried it again for the first time in a little over a month and still same issue so I deleted the app and re-installed it, giving it a last chance and hoping like heck that it would help and to my surprise it did so I'm happy and I have been listening to Qdance radio all day.

In addition, it would be desirable if you as a DEDICATED member really have greater advantages, getting tickets earlier is really nice, but the membership is not useful for more and therefore not reasonable in terms of price.Decent app for the q dance radio and news and stuff, but please let us listen to the sets offline and give us the ability to listen to them without having to have the app open at all times.

I dont care to watch people standing in a studio just waving their arms while mixingReally excited to use the app....but sadly after clicking the email login link and turning on notifications, I get stuck in an endless loop of the registration page, the notifications page, and a brief nanosecond of the app's main screen.

4. Though, hearing them talk about their dreams, I'm confidenced the issue will be ironed out.**EDIT** Q-dance said less than 24 hours before Defqon1 @ home 2021 they would resolve the app issues for older phones (Samsung S7), as the app would not load.

5. Thanks for fixing the issue 😊My overall opinion is that I really like the service and I believe this service fills up a gap in the overall service of Q-dance.

6. The app does have some rough edges that need to be fixed; like described already: E.g. you can't use audio button in archive, you can't run the app in the back ground, etc.

7. I'm a subscribed member So I get to listen to the audio tracks.

8. A decent search feature would be good but otherwise Chromecast still works and lots of content to watch.

9. I know Im not the only person who has this issue since my friend is also subscribed and it happens on his phone too.

10. Also when you click on the audio butten when watching the app just stops, fix that too please.

11. Still perhaps a bit too much on YouTube but worth paying Dediqated if you don't have YouTube premium.The app is not convenient for live set videos.

1. Fix Q-dance Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Q-dance: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Q-dance App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Q-dance" » Open Q-dance » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Q-dance » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Q-dance app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Q-dance servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Q-dance" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Q-dance app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Q-dance might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Q-dance. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Q-dance then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Q-dance not working

2. Fix Q-dance Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Q-dance be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Q-dance not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Q-dance may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
