1. I can't use mobile deposit, I can't pay bills/send money to outside accounts, I need an access code constantly even though I register my device every time.
2. Please fix it soon.Badly put together app, every so often it makes you reregister your device, and the email me a code option never works and text me a code option works 1 out of a hundred times.
3. Oftentimes the reason being I've already deposited this check which isn't at all possible since I just got paid that day.Easy to set up all banking needs whether mobile or on my laptop.
4. Customer service is no help either.Sometimes this app works perfectly but as time has gone on it it is working less and less.
5. If this were a commercial bank, a third rate app like this would never pass muster, but here we are having to settle because it's a credit union.12/27/18 Very helpful when it works.
6. I tried getting back to the deposit page 3 more times and it logged me out every time.
7. There are times where I go to make a mobile deposit and the app gives me some strange reason that it can't be deposited.
8. My Windows 10 PC doesn't seem to help in the speed department either... forever to load and switch between screens.
9. It also is a limited app and will not allow updating phone numbers and other information.
10. Don't have sharp objects near you when try using "mobile deposit".
11. There is nothing that makes it user friendly, or easy to view information at a glance.
