Why should I report an Issue with MoshUp?

1. 100% worth the price.Pretty great app! Works perfectly! Many people use this for music and the fact that it doesnt have a way to add audio or even play audio on pressing the record button is sad.. It's early stages I know but there's so much potential here! Also wish there was a way to upload videos to mosh as well... Keep it up guys! This is awesome!I love messing around with this app, one issue I have is that the camera gets seemingly unfocused at times, and I would like if you could add focusing, also sometimes after I datamosh everything goes darker/brighter.

2. This makes it hard to achieve the intended affect, is there a way I can keep the pixels of the previous video on screen longer?I'm giving this app 5 stars BUT there is one feature I feel is missing.

3. Maybe it could work on time intervals like "blend the last 2 seconds of video" or "blend the last 5 seconds on screen".

4. This app is fantastic but that feature would make it absolutely PERFECT for what it is meant to do.Extremely useful! No more Avidemux! The fact that you can preview exactly what the final product is going to look like as you're shooting is amazing, as well as the super useful contrast overlay to help line up your shots.

5. For example, when I keep the camera still to try and keep the image of the previous video, they all fizzle out in a few seconds at most.

6. When I'm bored I'll open the app and place an object in front of the camera then stop recording then move the object out of frame and start recording.

7. Strange color saturations/brightness at times during jumps, maybe due to lack of optimization for low lighting conditions? I also hope to see datamoshing applied to existing videos (if possible) instead of just live recording.

8. The gallery button on the top right links to a random video in my directory and the error states "couldn't play video" using OnePlus 6.

9. I want to be able to blend groups of frames (like short .gifs that blend).

10. Like how when you tap and hold the screen it will blend the last frame on the screen.

11. I want the ability to blend GROUPS of frames for the skipping and repeating blend effect.

1. Fix MoshUp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MoshUp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MoshUp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MoshUp" » Open MoshUp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MoshUp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MoshUp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MoshUp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MoshUp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MoshUp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MoshUp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MoshUp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MoshUp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MoshUp not working

2. Fix MoshUp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MoshUp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MoshUp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MoshUp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
