They are providing you a way to get the items you want on a payment plan that's hella affordable.a little pricey but there's no credit check so i guess you have to give a little more to get what you want w/reasonable payments...haven't had any issues so far with the company as a whole...as far as the app goes I've had a few issues w/the keyboard not being accessible.

When browsing products, I hate that when you look at an item and try to go back to the page you were on you're automatically started over... that gets really frustrating when you're browsing through a lot of pages.The company itself is very beneficial to people with bad credit or people that don't do well with payments.
3. All in all really good experience, just had to mark off due to no call scheduling delivery, but I fixed this after finding out who was shipping my package.The past few weeks, I have been having problems with the app asking me to sign in 2-5 times whenever I click on certain things.
4. When is this going to be fixed!for you all complaining about the pricing they do a no credit check financing program so yes the items with have a mark up to some degree.
5. I understand some use this as a no credit check way of doing it, but that doesn't justify a 100% upcharge for a product.
6. You get better deals with no credit check checks through best buy for the same product AND the same service.
7. They love to tell you there's no financing, which there isn't, but everything is marked up higher than you would end up paying with a credit card with a decent rate.
8. When I first used the program my ID number didn't work and whoever I talked to on the phone just kept telling me I must be entering it wrong.
9. But then found out months and months later that the first installment was already charged and there's a credit.
10. Entering my email on the first page makes the app load for about 1/4 of a second and goes right back to the same page.
11. Only minor down side is due to shipping freight, someone had to sign and I work a standard first shift job.
Because I have tried for a year to order from this company and I have not got anything accomplished. I am a retired veteran and I'm retired from the United States postal service. So delete my account. Abuse I've waited a yr and still waiting and I'm sick and tired of fooling with it
