1. I've ate there the last 3 days in a row so now I have two receipts that are just sitting in the kitchen waiting to be able to upload them because the first one is still pending.App wouldn't work.

2. But it won't let me.This app is an absolute joke!!! Hasn't been updated since September of 2021!!! I have all my rewards saved up for my free buffet and I won't let me redeem my buffet.

3. I'm currently paying for what should have been my FREE 9th buffet!!!😡Hello why does it take so long to approve a pending receipt.

4. Prompted to log in multiple times, and when you click "Order Online" it simply opens up a browser window to the Pizza Inn website.

5. Also I don't know if you're aware but it won't let you upload another receipt until the first one has been approved.

6. So if you eat there more than one day in a row you have to wait for days to be able to upload the second receipt.

7. Have senior day and hours also is wonderful for us Seniors on a budget."The Pizza Inn app is no longer available.

8. Also when ordering I have to enter my email and phone number even thought the app has that information alteady in my account profile.Food is delicious.

1. Fix Pizza Inn Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pizza Inn Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pizza Inn Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pizza Inn Rewards" » Open Pizza Inn Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pizza Inn Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pizza Inn Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pizza Inn Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pizza Inn Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pizza Inn Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pizza Inn Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pizza Inn Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pizza Inn Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pizza Inn Rewards not working
