1. But don't worry, changing the location at the end of the order means they get to start all over again! Typing a credit card number into a field where the cursor constantly jumps randomly is extra fun!The most stressful app ever!!! If you accidentally click out of the ordering menu everything in your cart disappears and you have to start over.

2. If it ever does load, I better not mess up or try to change my order, because it deletes the whole thing and I'm back at square one trying to get the order screen to load again.

3. I've been trying for 15 minutes to make a simple order and when I finally made it to the payments page it refreshed again, like it's been doing every 30 seconds.

4. Occasionally the order total would reset to some random higher value that doesn't equal my ordered items and i have to redo the entire order.

5. Then "No Internet Connection" page pops up regardless if I'm on wifi or mobile network leading to me closing the app and restarting the entire order.

6. I ended up having to recreate my order eight separate times and eventually found out it won't take a gift card.

7. So frustrating!! Especially when you're hangry!!😡If you have a bitter enemy whom you want to torture, have them use this app for a simple order.

8. After entering each person's order up to 4 times (depending on where I was in the process) I finally got to payment and submitted the order.

9. If you refresh you lose your order and have to start over.

10. It doesn't use the location on your phone so if you default to the wrong location and need to change it, you have to start over.

11. If you close to look at a text with an order and come back you have to start over.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Cafe Rio Issues

1. Fix Cafe Rio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Cafe Rio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Cafe Rio App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cafe Rio" » Open Cafe Rio » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cafe Rio » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Cafe Rio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cafe Rio servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cafe Rio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Cafe Rio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cafe Rio might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Cafe Rio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cafe Rio then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cafe Rio not working
