1. Downloaded image library as specified in direction displayed on screen......no change....-$15 in my bank account is the only difference I noticed... it doesn't work.

2. When you download an image, it saves very small and pixelated, and you can't even see it well.Just bought the $15 upgraded plants version and there's no crepe myrtle.

3. Oh yes, and the help instruction files wouldn't load.I thought it was great until I worked for an hour and went to reopen a project only to see a white screen.

4. Waste of time and money unless you can do everything you need in one session that doesn't crash.Pro may be supported, but this version is not.

5. None of my clients are going to want to see a bonsai version taking the place of a normal sized one.

6. It would be good to allow people to purchase regional plants rather than the entire plant database.

7. Highly Recommend!!Pretty cool drag and drop onto a photo you take, but the image library is terrible.

8. I live in the Northwest and have no need for many of the varieties of plants identified in the professional database.It's broken.

  3. Clear PRO Landscape Home app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PRO Landscape Home servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PRO Landscape Home" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PRO Landscape Home app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PRO Landscape Home might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PRO Landscape Home. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PRO Landscape Home then reinstall.
