1. VERY disappointed to throw my money away.What I'm having a major issue with is there are days where I took pictures and use the medication but didn't have time to post them onto the app... So if you're busy and you don't have time to upload until the next day or the weekend, then you are screwed & can't ever update or correct calender/routine.

2. How to see the progress when it wasn't an option to post progress pictures? Also, it doesn't allow to add pictures at a different time.I tried reaching out to support but all that is offered are self help articles.

3. The 1st time thru, I applied the spot treatment every night, I depended on the app & I failed to log most of it 😔 but the spot treatment worked great!Love the treatment, its amazing! The app however has its kinks.

4. I don't know if this affects my account but I keep getting notices about it and when I try to go and post the pictures I had for the days I had and adjust the calendar for every other night use.

5. I haver never gotten any check in post to upload my pictures and so I have missed them all.

6. I logged on after receiving my spot cream because I wanted to find clear directions and struggled immensely to find what I needed.

7. I've missed three check-ins in less than two weeks due to being unable to connect despite having perfect connection.

8. So far product has only dried my skin out and irritated my skin.Doesn't work on Android (Galaxy S9).

9. When trying to get started with Day 1, the button to upload a pic is grayed out (and thats whats needed for the guarantee).

10. Please use more direct language, get rid of the crazy # of drop down options, and just simplify.I began using Musely less than two weeks ago.

11. I was prescribed different percentages of the body cream for a whole year as part of my treatment.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Musely Issues

1. Fix Musely Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Musely: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Musely App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Musely" » Open Musely » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Musely » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Musely app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Musely servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Musely" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Musely app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Musely might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Musely. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Musely then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Musely not working


2. Fix Musely Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Musely be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Musely not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Musely may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • How much really is the spot cream? And how come every time i order, you always getting $60 on my acct. supposed not $60 bec. Doctors fee is only on the first time. But if i an old customer you should not getting this amount of $60. It’s so expensive if u always add the doctors fee. Bec. I’m an old customer who always order this product.   • I want to cancel my neck cream and do not want to receive any more. However, I WANT TO CONTINUE RECEIVING MY SPOT CREAM UNTIL MY PRESCRIPTION ENDS. PLEASE EMAIL ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW YOU RECEIVED THIS EMAIL AND HAVE CANCELLED THE NECK CREAM BUT KEPT THE SPOT CREAM PRESCRIPTION STILL ACTIVE. THANK YOU!
