PowerDetails Customer Insights

1. Not a bad interface at all, especially on the android OS, but my biggest complaint is the app doesn't have a comprehensive system of push notifications, such as being able to set up alerts when a new job is posted, or if a certain job comes available, or any individual alerts for individual jobs.

2. More difficult to locate new jobs and no longer saves password for easy accessIts good, needs fingerprint verification so log in can be faster instead of manually typing the password.This app does not stay logged in.

3. So automatically no notifications on more posts/jobsApp not loading after update....frustrating because i have pending jobs in queNot able to see current job openings on each day of the week for each month.

4. There needs to be a way to filter out the already filled jobs.

5. Only the detail coordinator cares to see filled jobs.

6. To figure that out, I have to use the website rather than the app, which contradicts the whole purpose of having an app to make it easier and readily assemble.App is cubersome with updating when you login or switch between sections.

7. Also a search for specific jobs like by employers nameThe app format has changed.

8. People are use to a seamless transition not an update pause every time you do something.Need more options.

9. Also where is the remember my password and/or fingerprint login?!?!? App is really useless at this point.

10. Still have to use mobile site, disappointing.Thanks look forward to an update.At least we finally have this app on Android.

11. With that said, there needs to be an update to view all details during the month/day etc.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PowerDetails Issues

1. Fix PowerDetails Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PowerDetails: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PowerDetails App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PowerDetails" » Open PowerDetails » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PowerDetails » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PowerDetails app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PowerDetails servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PowerDetails" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PowerDetails app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PowerDetails might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PowerDetails. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PowerDetails then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PowerDetails not working


2. Fix PowerDetails Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PowerDetails be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PowerDetails not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PowerDetails may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
