Pokémon TV Customer Insights

1. I get there are some roadblocks, but 8 season is too far.Absolutely love being able to watch the old shows without commercials/ads and for free! My husband is getting sick of me playing it any chance I get.

2. Not good, don't recommend downloading.I love this app! 🥰 It's free, there's no ads, and you can download episodes & movies to watch later! There are a few things I think could be improved, however... First off, it constantly logs me out of my account.

3. Here's a few things developers can work, though; Tell users when shows are replaced, it can get annoying, the full screen definitely needs worked on, (I'm that guy), and minor bug fixes.

4. Another problem is that I was on season 12 for a while, then once I got back on, poof! They deleted season 9, 10, 11, and 12! I could AT LEAST have a notification telling me that seasons are about to be deleted.

5. Finally, the full screen mode really needs improvement! 💯Love it! Only thing that would make it better is if you could go back or forwards ten seconds like most streaming apps allow.

6. Additionally, if it does successfully play an episode after one ends, sometimes it will skip ahead by 4-5 eoisodes which has been confusing when I don't notice it happened. The app is solid.

7. I do hope they get a work around very soon, otherwise, not much of a point of having this app at all.I like being able to watch Pokemon easily, however the app has some bugs.

8. Every once in a while, especially the older seasons an episode is unable to render/play, tried on multiple devices so it's not my internet.

9. For example, in the past 12 hours, 5-6 episodes in Season 11 will not play.

10. But I've just blown through season 6,7, and 8 and only 1 episode was like this.It was good.

11. Screen is solid grey and the audio keeps playing.
