1. pricey is my only complaint so farI was a little off put by the price but the questions and rationales are good and they refer back to the text that I have (Sheehy) and I'm sure many other centers used for trainingThe content of this app is worth a higher rating but generating test to study from give test with every answer as the letter "d".

2. Not just here and there are questions you've encountered, but the entire quiz will repeat unless you flag each question.I paid the $50 for the full premium upgrade, but the app is so buggy, I was never granted access.

3. i contacted their customer serive which told me they were sorry i was having problems and to reinstall app (which i did).Going back i would probably just buy practice test they sell on bcen site.I purchased the app after trying it out and loved it.

4. I have reinstalled app, tryed to exit out and start the app fresh (occasionally works) but i spend more time trying to get real multiple question tests than actually studying.

1. Fix CEN Pocket Prep Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CEN Pocket Prep: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CEN Pocket Prep App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CEN Pocket Prep" » Open CEN Pocket Prep » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CEN Pocket Prep » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CEN Pocket Prep app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CEN Pocket Prep servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CEN Pocket Prep" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CEN Pocket Prep app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CEN Pocket Prep might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CEN Pocket Prep. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CEN Pocket Prep then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CEN Pocket Prep not working

2. Fix CEN Pocket Prep Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CEN Pocket Prep be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CEN Pocket Prep not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CEN Pocket Prep may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
