1. Waste of time and money.Do not waste your money on this app needless to say it didn't help... Just study and understand the concept of Real Estate instead of memorizing questions that are not actually on the test... The person who recommended me this app was an instructor over at "Duane Gomer" they too were of little help just wasted time and money...Great app! After taking (and passing!) The CA RE exam, I realized that the questions on this app were *by far* most similar to those on the actual exam.

2. After a week the app no longer loads or opens.Downloaded it last night, very happy with it so far, I'm probably gonna pay for upgrade to access the 500 questions vs the 30 questions in free version.Just started using it as another study resource and it has been extremely helpful.
