Why should I report an Issue with Gravity Screen - On/Off?

1. There's an option to enable such support, but I've found it doesn't actually turn off the display or lock my phone.So much for having to press the power button to wake up our phones from sleep or to double tap the screen like in competing apps.

2. Other then that it works just as it says! If it's not working you just have to readjust the settings but this app is amazing since I broke my power button 😅.EDIT: Android 12 update does not play well with it.

7. A +/- buttton to move up and down would be nice.Like it, but it keeps vibrating my phone everytime I unlock it or go into apps that are excluded and not excluded.

8. It doesnt drain it fast enough to notice unless your very close to your phone all day but it does drain.

9. The lock / sleep / power button is probably the first thing to fail on many ohones.

10. Seems to work pretty good and prevents having to continually press the button.

11. The developer is on top of changes and new OS versions from the various phone manufacturers / carriers and updates the app often.Well thought out, professionally designed app which is pretty much bug-free.

1. Fix Gravity Screen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gravity Screen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gravity Screen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gravity Screen" » Open Gravity Screen - On/Off » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gravity Screen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gravity Screen - On/Off app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gravity Screen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gravity Screen - On/Off" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gravity Screen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gravity Screen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gravity Screen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gravity Screen then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gravity Screen not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gravity Screen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gravity Screen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gravity Screen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
