My account was cancelled several months ago. Today whilst doing some personal admin I note an upcoming "Pending" payment for £8.29. On further investigation, I note the following transactions since my account was cancelled:
12/01/2023 - £8.25
12/12/2022 - £8.18
12/11/2022 - £8.49
I would be grateful for an explanation as to why these have been charged to my account, along with a prompt refund of the total erroneously billed.

Hi there, I signed up to plagarly to get the free demo subscription then went on to the website on the 18th December to cancel it before I was charged I as I did not want to subscribe, however, when I went on to the website there was no option to cancel my plan. However, I have gone on to the website today (after I have been charged) and there is now the option to cancel my plan, which I have done so. However, I am a student and am devastated that plagly has taken money out of my bank account as I was actually unable to cancel my plan before this, I do not have much money and after this payment am onto my last pounds. If you could help me resolve this issue I would be very grateful as I have got to pay for food to live off until I receive my next student loan.
