1. I hope this problem get solved but for the site I'll give it 5 stars .fake app couldn't register error server not found I tried 100s time it's time pass I uninstalled make proper nobody wants time pass here otherwise don't make app plsTime wasting app.

2. I even thought I had network issueVery good for students who would like to check on his own assignment whether being plagiarised, before submitting to teacher.I actually love using copyleaks but on website not mobile .

4. plz help me or remove this app from here.Even after spending 10.99$ it's of no use, the plagiarism they show is 4% but when file submitted to teacher it was 60% plag according to universities ai based plag checker.

1. Fix Copyleaks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Copyleaks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Copyleaks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Copyleaks" » Open Copyleaks - Plagiarism Checker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Copyleaks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Copyleaks - Plagiarism Checker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Copyleaks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Copyleaks - Plagiarism Checker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Copyleaks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Copyleaks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Copyleaks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Copyleaks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Copyleaks not working

2. Fix Copyleaks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Copyleaks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Copyleaks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Copyleaks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
