1. Fix Plagly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Plagly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Plagly App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Plagly" » Open Plagly - Plagiarism Checker » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Plagly » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Plagly - Plagiarism Checker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Plagly servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Plagly - Plagiarism Checker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Plagly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Plagly might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Plagly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Plagly then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Plagly not working
2. Fix Plagly Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Plagly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Plagly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Plagly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

The website is not doing a very good job at formatting my paper and I also I don’t want to pay for it when I’m not satisfied with the service. I would like to cancel my free trial as well. Under law GDPR you are required to delete my personal information which is the right to erasure.
