1. I received a notification for a drink to order, so I went to open the app to check the options for the drink and found the green android robot displayed on the screen and remains there.

2. The ability to cancel your order within the first few seconds is definitely something I didn't expect, but I've used it at least once.Worst app! Ordered online and it takes 35 minutes to get my drink, I went in to order and it took 5 minutes.

3. This means users will already be frustrated and not have the patience to download the app, sign up, and figure out how to order their drink.

4. I never know if I'm actually going to be able to order or not, or if I'm going to have to change plans and order in-store (which obviously takes a lot of time because the drinks take a while to make).

5. Makes ordering from Philz really easy - all you gotta do is walk in and pick up the order.

10. So what is the point of this stupid app? Doesn't even give you any rewards.I love Philz but the app suddenly stopped working for me and I've gotten no response after reporting the issue to the developer.

1. Fix Philz Coffee Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Philz Coffee: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Philz Coffee App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Philz Coffee" » Open Philz Coffee » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Philz Coffee » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Philz Coffee app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Philz Coffee servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Philz Coffee" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Philz Coffee app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Philz Coffee might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Philz Coffee. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Philz Coffee then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Philz Coffee not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Philz Coffee be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Philz Coffee not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Philz Coffee may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
