UselessThis app doesn't work, code given scanned and still does not work!!!It won't let use qr code for android phones Wich is all I have but it will for smart phone and tabletsI downloaded the app and scanned the QR code from the school letter amd put in my parent info for student1 and it doesnt show my sons info.

3. I requested a new code from the school and it still does not work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PBIS Rewards Parent Issues

1. Fix PBIS Rewards Parent Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PBIS Rewards Parent" » Open PBIS Rewards Parent » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PBIS Rewards Parent » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PBIS Rewards Parent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PBIS Rewards Parent servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PBIS Rewards Parent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PBIS Rewards Parent app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PBIS Rewards Parent might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PBIS Rewards Parent. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PBIS Rewards Parent then reinstall.
