1. Or is there a way I can find how much I earned??App is wonderful when it working right.. Right now i can not get it to even open up to view my daughters points at school... Need to fix the issue its been like this since the last update 3 days ago.I scan the QR code and it says they cant find that student.

2. 😤☹️It wont even let me in! Whenever I go to the app it says "This app keeps stopping" I cant even check how many points I have and it's happening with my friend too.The app won't load my account it just stays on a loading screen and doesn't give me options or anything.

1. Fix PBIS Rewards Student Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PBIS Rewards Student: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PBIS Rewards Student App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PBIS Rewards Student" » Open PBIS Rewards Student » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PBIS Rewards Student » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PBIS Rewards Student app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PBIS Rewards Student servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PBIS Rewards Student" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PBIS Rewards Student app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PBIS Rewards Student might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PBIS Rewards Student. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PBIS Rewards Student then reinstall.
