1. The store cities and State locations are completely randomly generated and you have to go through them one by one, out of hundreds of stories listed in no particular order to find yours.Great for keep track of points but the app doesn't tell you what the points are good for.

2. I had to scroll all the way to my birth year which is 50 years worth of calendars month by month! lastly, as other commenters mentioned, it is difficult to find your location, because locations are not listed in any discernible order.

3. Doesn't seem to have a way to order online for store pickup, which is the point of downloading a specific store's app.When setting up my account, I had to pick my local restaurant from a list that seemed to be in random order.

4. It tries to load an in app browser to display much of its content, but hides that it's a browser and then locks up when looking at store locations or the main Captain D's home page.

5. My calendar started in 2007 and the only way to find the appropriate year is to click through every single month of every single year until you find your birthday.

6. When I get to the point where it forces you to choose a "Favorite Store", the store list to choose from is an absolute s__t storm.

7. When I go to pick a location, it lists seemingly every Captain D's in the country in no particular order.

8. I get the emails, but the app doesn't recognize my email (???), my card number is not recognized (???)... "UNKNOWN ERROR" every time.

9. In creating an account, it asks for your birthday, but you much choose your birthday from a calendar provided.

10. I didn't even get far enough to TRY and look at the menu before I deleted the whole app.Captain D's is one of my favorite fast-food choices out there, but this app is terrible.

1. Fix Captain D's VIP Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Captain D's VIP Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Captain D's VIP Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Captain D's VIP Rewards" » Open Captain D's VIP Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Captain D's VIP Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Captain D's VIP Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Captain D's VIP Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Captain D's VIP Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Captain D's VIP Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Captain D's VIP Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Captain D's VIP Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Captain D's VIP Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Captain D's VIP Rewards not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Captain D's VIP Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Captain D's VIP Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Captain D's VIP Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
