1. The text on some of the pages is mashed together making it hard to figure out which field is which.I'm giving it three stars because it worked and I misunderstood what the app does.

2. I thought it would let me talk to my birds.It worked then I tried something else, and over 12 of the same recording came up o can't delete them.

3. Like how do you stop loops once started? How can you rename your recordings, etc? The UI also needs fixing.

1. Fix Parrot Speech Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Parrot Speech: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Parrot Speech App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Parrot Speech" » Open Parrot Speech - Teach Parrot t » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Parrot Speech » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Parrot Speech - Teach Parrot t app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Parrot Speech servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Parrot Speech - Teach Parrot t" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Parrot Speech app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Parrot Speech might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Parrot Speech. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Parrot Speech then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Parrot Speech not working

2. Fix Parrot Speech Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Parrot Speech be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Parrot Speech not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Parrot Speech may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
