1. If you have a larger file that needs translated then it'll literally cost you.Mp3 audio... The app says file type not supported.Scam...they ask you for money before you can even use the app only 15 seconds available for free which isn't good for anything, when people question this the developers are rude and defensive they blame you after you pay for the app when it doesnt work and say that your files are the problem...AVOID you wont be refunded you can tell scam apps like this a mile away when you know what to look out for.

2. I am able to provide the audio, your transcription as well as mine for feed back.Firstly I had to pay R70 for 30 minute transcribe , it was a very very clear meeting and all I got back in text form was utter rubbish.

3. And I repeat the recording was clear.When I put in existing audio it would ask whether I need mo=e quota, clicking OK I.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TranscribeIt Issues

1. Fix TranscribeIt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TranscribeIt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TranscribeIt App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TranscribeIt" » Open TranscribeIt - Convert Speech » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TranscribeIt » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TranscribeIt - Convert Speech app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TranscribeIt servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TranscribeIt - Convert Speech " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TranscribeIt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TranscribeIt might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TranscribeIt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TranscribeIt then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TranscribeIt not working


2. Fix TranscribeIt Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TranscribeIt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TranscribeIt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TranscribeIt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
