Why should I report an Issue with SGETHER - Live Streaming?

But it's amazing!!The could be good but everytime i try to livestream big games on my phone 5 mins into the livestream, it just crash every time i livestream, i tried to livestream the second time, hoping it would hold out a bit more, but crashes anyways.I had a great experience with it but it keeps crashing for no reason.

2. So, when you start a stream, there should be an option to crop part of the screen, it will be visible to you, but not to the viewers.

1. Fix SGETHER Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SGETHER: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SGETHER App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SGETHER" » Open SGETHER - Live Streaming » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SGETHER » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SGETHER - Live Streaming app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SGETHER servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SGETHER - Live Streaming" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SGETHER app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SGETHER might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SGETHER. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SGETHER then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SGETHER not working

2. Fix SGETHER Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SGETHER be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SGETHER not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SGETHER may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
