Better off accessing it from your browserThey keep promising new tracking capabilities but they never materializeI just downloaded the app & when I open it only has me log into my account , there is no 'create' account.Makes you enter your login credentials every few weeks, which is annoying.Responsive developer.

1. Fix Volunteer Time Tracking Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Volunteer Time Tracking: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Volunteer Time Tracking App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Volunteer Time Tracking" » Open Volunteer Time Tracking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Volunteer Time Tracking » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Volunteer Time Tracking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Volunteer Time Tracking servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Volunteer Time Tracking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Volunteer Time Tracking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Volunteer Time Tracking might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Volunteer Time Tracking. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Volunteer Time Tracking then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Volunteer Time Tracking not working
