1. In Duo Mode , Being able to have each ear hear the same song but with ability to choose an unsynchronizd start time of the song per ear, creates a whole new demension of sound analysis, beautifulConcept is good but left and right earphones should play each different songs in duo mode , but one side of earphone is mixing with other , while other side of earphone is playing only one song without mixing with other.

Pls fix!There needs to be a way to search up a specific song that you want to add to your playlist instead of scrolling down a long list of songs also there needs to be a way to listen to both songs in two earbuds instead of one.Once I play music on another app (YouTube permium), this app stops playing my downloaded audiobooks which is a headache.

3. App Developer, kindly fix it.It does play two music at the same time, but it closes too much for me to rank it anytime above a one star.

4. Does play two music at the same time which is great, but it is very unstable and crashes quite often which is why I'm deducting two stars.

5. The features i would like to have is-1.Library tracks "sort by" option 2.Force disable showing album art like poweramp app 3.Not all tracks are showed in the list so manually folder selection option is needed.

6. But when we insert 🎧 it will play one song at one hearphone and another song at other hearphone.

7. I use it for a strange use case: when listening to audio books (using other apps) through a Bluetooth speaker the audio cuts in and out as the Bluetooth sleeps during periods of silence.

9. When my Bluetooth speaker disconnects, this app keeps playing (all other apps would stop).

1. Fix Duo Music Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Duo Music: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Duo Music App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Duo Music" » Open Duo Music - Prime Audio Player » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Duo Music » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Duo Music - Prime Audio Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Duo Music servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Duo Music - Prime Audio Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Duo Music app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Duo Music might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Duo Music. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Duo Music then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Duo Music not working

2. Fix Duo Music Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Duo Music be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Duo Music not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Duo Music may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
