However, whenever I go to put a profile picture on there does one of two things: if you press take a photo, it stops the app and makes you restart it or if you press upload a photo you get to choose what photo but then it says the upload fails.App is not optimized for back button in android, you have to reach the back button on top of the pages like if it was an iPhone.

5. Makes it easier to complete on the go.I already have a uca prepaid login because I work for metro but this app will not let me log in and requires a new registration code.

6. The app stays open in background for a long time "syncing" and drains the battery.The app, at random, will change the language to spanish.

7. *Update* Issue has been resolved, thank youI love the ligic and convienece of this app, but after some of the classes no matter how many times i take it it will not recognize that i did it.

8. the first tame it failed me on one i was ok and checked my answers even wrote the answers down i know a passed but the app kept removing some of my answers on the select all that apply.

1. Fix Magenta U Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Magenta U: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Magenta U App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magenta U" » Open Magenta U » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magenta U » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Magenta U app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magenta U servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magenta U" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Magenta U app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magenta U might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Magenta U. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Magenta U then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Magenta U not working

2. Fix Magenta U Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Magenta U be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Magenta U not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Magenta U may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
