1. I like the new one and I get it why Naver kept the old version(because they are not convertible 100%).Such a useful app for learning and practicing Korean! It has really neat features like a dictionary for words, word of the day, and etc.

2. Not only is it easily the best Korean dictionary you can find online, but it also provides you with many more useful functions such as the Papago translator (although there is also a separate app), vocabulary lists for TOPIK and so on.

3. I really appreciate that there are videos to aid me in my learning progress.I using this app less than year but i am having problems about accetia my recording part is not working when I try to record new words didn't come ,page didn't swipe itself like before it did.

1. Fix NAVER Dictionary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NAVER Dictionary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NAVER Dictionary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NAVER Dictionary" » Open NAVER Dictionary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NAVER Dictionary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NAVER Dictionary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NAVER Dictionary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NAVER Dictionary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NAVER Dictionary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NAVER Dictionary might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NAVER Dictionary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NAVER Dictionary then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NAVER Dictionary not working

2. Fix NAVER Dictionary Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NAVER Dictionary be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NAVER Dictionary not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NAVER Dictionary may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
