1. Wouldn't recommend this app & I'm about to remove it because it's not worth having to listen to the same ad over & over.Useless. Each article I tried to read was interrupted by this HUGE, lengthy purple mattress advertisement & once scrolling to the bottom of the ad was complete, there was no continuation of the article.

2. You CAN turn off video auto-play in settings, but there were 4 ads to play before the news article video started & by that time, My interest was gone.

3. This app has an with every video and its always the same one, you'll spend more time watching the ads than videos and this is assuming you want to watch the videos.

4. Albeit you don't really have a choice on whether you want to watch them (I'd rather read the articles) because they start playing automatically when you click on the piece you want to see.

5. Immediately uninstalling.Terrible. Same ad everytime to read an article.

6. No view a video but just to read the content.

7. I have never made it to the end of the newscast, never!It would be awesome if your news team covered traffic in and around Savannah and the low country.

8. The ding-dong on the other local network is ridiculous.Delays and loses connection.

9. Hard to find if it is localLocks up after commercials on the live stream no matter how many times you try.

10. My other apps don't do this.Up to date, relevant information.

1. Fix WJCL Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WJCL: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WJCL App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WJCL" » Open WJCL - Savannah News, Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WJCL » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WJCL - Savannah News, Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WJCL servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WJCL - Savannah News, Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WJCL app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WJCL might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WJCL. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WJCL then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WJCL not working

2. Fix WJCL Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WJCL be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WJCL not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WJCL may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
