1. I feel so robbed of all of those hard hours I put in plus all that content people saw... scam, scam, SCAM!I loved this app but when I send a photo to someone it doesn't go to my storage but it goes to the photo selection on my messages so I can't delete themMake sure sure put everything right because you won't be able to edit your profile, I tried but one month later still waiting for the app to accept the changes lol.

2. -1/5 stars.This app is a scam! It's supposed to be an app to sell content and do lives, yet people just demand stuff for free or dirt cheap to the point that it's offensive.

3. Trust me.. I gotnahold of customer service and they said sucks to be you basically for nothing.I have open it countless times but is not opening, it keeps crashingCustomer service would not honor any purchases that I made on this app.

4. Customer service sucks and cost to much.. 30 women a day send you videos that cost 20 dollars to see a 2 min clip.. lol.. just avoid.

5. I would like to try the app, but until this is resolved, I won't be trying it or recommending it.Still has bugs, and random crashes... I reported a bug that I could have taken full advantage of, and got punished for it lol... put in a ticket about it, was told just a few minutes they'd check on it.

6. This app REQUIRES access to your photos, phone, contacts, & storage devices.

7. It wasn't always this way, 1 star rating till its fixed.First of all they need to fix the private party section as every time I do one , a lot of ppl comes in but not everyone gets charrge the fee or at least I don't get them all .

8. You are literally giving them access to EVERYTHING on your device, your phone book, all of your pictures, and your saved files.

9. Why is it that it wont let me log in when i am connected to the wifi?Alot of scammers and bots.. have to pay for everything apparently.. I got my account permanently suspended for literally nothing.

10. Denying access returns a notification saying that access is required.

11. My login info is correct, I'm 100% sure.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Coco Issues

1. Fix Coco Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Coco: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Coco App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Coco" » Open Coco - Live Video Chat HD » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Coco » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Coco - Live Video Chat HD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Coco servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Coco - Live Video Chat HD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Coco app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Coco might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Coco. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Coco then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Coco not working


2. Fix Coco Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Coco be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Coco not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Coco may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
