1. The app still doesn't work well, but I place a lot of value on an actual person reaching out from a company with a solution and good customer service.

2. And kept saying I was already checked in when I tried to check in.I originally left a one-star review based on the fact that the app has never worked correctly (can't check in, can't make purchases of in-app specials).

3. I'm close to cancelingSet up an account at the local store, downloaded the app, tried to scan ID but got an error that the Android camera service wasn't working.

1. Restart Sun Tan City: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sun Tan City App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sun Tan City" » Open Sun Tan City » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sun Tan City » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sun Tan City app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sun Tan City servers.
