1. Then it won't let me zoom out, no matter how many times I squeeze my fingers together!!! The only thing that it has no way of doing is get the driver to be on time! (It would be nice to be able to tell how many bikes are on the bike rack, but that's asking for too much, I know!)Having Uninstalled and re-installed this app still not loading.

2. After using the mobile site (simply found by searching "my ride bct on your browser) which has been incredibly helpful and accurate, I decided that I'd download the app and figured it would be quicker and more convenient.

3. Bus app excellent idea, just needs user level tweaking for better experience & correct information to appear on screen.Useless. Not accurate whatsoever.

4. It was bad enough with the inaccuracy of the time with expected time of busses and when they actually show up (since this app doesn't take into consideration if a bus breaks down or is delayed due to traffic etc) but this... this is just silly.

5. The schedual selection is broken it took up the whole screen and still gets effected by the broken rectical thing.

6. It says "real time" but that is only based on if the bus is actually running as it is scheduled.

7. I just want to select the bus and see the route and all the buses on it in real time.

8. It is very disappointing due to the fact that it is one of my only means of transportation at this given time and that I might as well not even use it because of the inconvenience it provides.

9. I've been living in Broward for almost a month now and the first thing I noticed was out of all the places I've ever lived.

10. I've been living in Florida for 6 months now and I can honestly say this is the worst transit system I've ever had the displeasure of taking.Its impossible to use.

1. Fix MyRide Broward Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyRide Broward: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyRide Broward App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyRide Broward" » Open MyRide Broward » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyRide Broward » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyRide Broward app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyRide Broward servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyRide Broward" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyRide Broward app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyRide Broward might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyRide Broward. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyRide Broward then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyRide Broward not working

2. Fix MyRide Broward Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyRide Broward be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyRide Broward not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyRide Broward may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
