1. For your kind information I am using airtel data but I can't login pls fix this problem.It's a good app and useful too but I'm irritated with it lately cause whenever I try to open the app I have to login again and again to use this app...this is irritating please check this problem and try to fix thisLog in experience is worse than ever.otp never reach to my phone....it takes another way at middle of the road.

2. I will change the rating if it improve performance & the internet issues..✅Edit. Already installed the latest ver, still no improvement.When I first started using this app the service was very good.

3. Poor service, high price of internet data than their counterpart Robi itself.

4. But now at the rate that the price is increasing, will I benefit from using the app? I hope you will bring your service within the reach of everyone.

5. I expressed my opinion almost annoyed.I can't access this app without internet connection, And I have to sign up everytime for balance & Internet Check, So One star still too much for you guys .

6. After receiving fairly good service for the first month, I saw that the network system and other services have started to fail.

8. Last 7 days I was trying to login this app but it said me that check your internet connection.

9. Then i have to wait for the OTP and it says that the internet conection is poor although my internet is good.

10. I will switch to different operator soon with my Airtel number.When I got this sim and app for the first time, I used to tell everyone that Airtel is the best cause then the datapack prices were fine.

11. I used to get 40 GB for 397 taka.That was more convenient.But now, data pack amount is less and price is higher.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Airtel Issues

1. Fix My Airtel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Airtel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Airtel App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Airtel" » Open My Airtel - Bangladesh » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Airtel » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Airtel - Bangladesh app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Airtel servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Airtel - Bangladesh" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Airtel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Airtel might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Airtel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Airtel then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Airtel not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Airtel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Airtel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Airtel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
