For your kind information I am using airtel data but I can't login pls fix this problem.It's a good app and useful too but I'm irritated with it lately cause whenever I try to open the app I have to login again and again to use this app...this is irritating please check this problem and try to fix thisLog in experience is worse than ever.otp never reach to my phone....it takes another way at middle of the road.

1. Fix My Airtel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Airtel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Airtel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Airtel" » Open My Airtel - Bangladesh » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Airtel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Airtel - Bangladesh app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Airtel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Airtel - Bangladesh" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Airtel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Airtel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Airtel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Airtel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Airtel not working
