1. Most of my problems with PassApp are driver related, drivers going the wrong way, unable to read their map, making a "mistake" when stating the fare etc., but many of their drivers are excellent.The app is good and very useful overall, thanks! One thing I would suggest is that you offer a 3D view of the road to the destination as most drivers don't know how to read the map when they need to drive towards the south.
2. I'm going to stick to grab which has has credit card option and tells you the time you will arrive.I have always support Passapp as it is a homegrown Cambodian app.
3. In Siem Reap all the drivers I had so far were honest compared to Phnom Penh where they stop the app and use their own meter after few minutes.I didn't get past the account setup.
4. Other drivers, doesn't swipe upon arrival and asks for more money.
5. They book your order and pick up other passengers along their way, making you wait for them to arrive on their destination and that's the only time you can book another passapp.
6. I do like the service and speed of arrival of the taxis however it's just the credit card option missing and also the map for finding your destination is terrible.It used to work very well in Cambodia.

9. But some drivers are friendly and reach customer destination as fast as they could.

Hello, With Android 14 and one UI 6.0, the location service remains disabled, although the authorization is good. when I install the app on a smartphone with Android 13 and one UI 5.1 no problem, is this a known problem?
