Update 5th Feb 2023, offers not working contact us nothing working contact us number also not in service ... what a shame such app for such great restaurants brandThe app does work well these days !! What seems to be the issue ?! When is it gonna be fixed ?! Also the free points is Not working anymore?! Do Fix those problems!! 😑💔Slow and useless.

2. One ⭐ only for now till app's functions are improved and fixed.For almost more than one month they didn't send any sms , the forgot password is not working such simple function is not working gives you a glimpse if what you will face later on.

3. When I retrieve the "supposed created account", it sends Recovery pin number but the app doesn't show any space or link to use that pin number.

4. I cannot retrieve my account credentialsThis app is excellent and very easy to track my points and Amount that I've in my card.

5. Developers I hope you give some attention to fix the app technical problems and update it's information if you want people to continue using it and not deleting it.

7. People evaluating and rating the quality of food here 🙈 wake up you need to evaluate the app and not the food 😏 don't misguide others about the app.

1. Fix ALFACO Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ALFACO Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ALFACO Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ALFACO Rewards" » Open ALFACO Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ALFACO Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ALFACO Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ALFACO Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ALFACO Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ALFACO Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ALFACO Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ALFACO Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ALFACO Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ALFACO Rewards not working

2. Fix ALFACO Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ALFACO Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ALFACO Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ALFACO Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
