1. I am using the GTS watch and would like to know if there is either a fix ir a workaround for this one issue? It tries to sync as indicated by the spinning circle, but does not pull in the data... UPDATE: after resetting the watch and reinstalling the program from the ground up it seems to pull in all the data properly.App isnt useful.

2. Why do you have to have two apps in order for the phone to work?My smart watch keeps disconnecting and I receive a notice that the app has a bug & to update it or reinstall.

1. Fix HiWatch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HiWatch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HiWatch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HiWatch" » Open HiWatch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HiWatch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HiWatch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HiWatch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HiWatch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HiWatch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HiWatch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HiWatch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HiWatch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HiWatch not working

2. Fix HiWatch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HiWatch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HiWatch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HiWatch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
