1. In my opinion yoho sports was better except my band kept disconnecting all the time.Let's see the app I just read downloaded it for the second time it connects to my device and it says device disconnected all the lettering on the app switch to Chinese lettering so therefore I cannot use this app because it is not helping me with my Smart Band the original app for the band no longer exists I wish they would remake it because all the other apps don't work for itMy Yoho smart watches are useless now.

I managed to retrieve yoho sports from my library so am uninstalling this piece of junk.I downloaded it cause yoho sports wasn't working When I downloaded it I was quite Impressed with the setup and all over look of it until..... When I tried to connect my band it wouldn't, It would continue to say "band disconnected" and then all of a sudden the language changed to chinese and I can't change it back to english.

Its USELESS without the app workingIt's a great app.I didn't have any error except that one that whenever I try to change the dial or use camera setting it bugs out and exits the app.The camera one does this.While on the other hand the dial one does not show any wallpaper.It just gives error of Java script and something like that.Other than that it's a great app for smart watches.

4. Bluetooth between my phone and my band successfully connected, but when open the app, it always bugging with "device disconnected", what do you mean? Then, all in sudden, all languages displayed in Chinese instead of English, now I understand nothing - - Trashy.

5. Thanks for the original app.Will not sync to watch! Worked great before now can't use it AT ALL! Very disappointing! Looks like a lot of people are having trouble but developers are NOT fixing the problem.

8. Can't reconnect watch after battery diedWould give 0 stars if could...won't stay bound long enough to start using..half of pop up instructions and menu in some foreign language, possibly Japanese which I have no chance fo understanding.

1. Fix TT watch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TT watch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TT watch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TT watch" » Open TT watch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TT watch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TT watch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TT watch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TT watch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TT watch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TT watch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TT watch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TT watch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TT watch not working

2. Fix TT watch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TT watch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TT watch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TT watch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
