The delivery drivers are always friendly and professional, and my food always arrives hot and fresh.Not up to expectations, the application should be providing a service for delivery from whatever place available on it to your home, but it's any different from any other ordering app, you stick only to the Menu, and you cannot customize your order, customer support is awful and no one provides help when needed.

Manual selection of orders was best.Very bad app..im trying to refund the money i put in account balance as i am going final exit .i filed ticket and sent email to customer service ..the customer care representative ask me to send bank account details to where the amount will be deposited but next day the account balance empty but money never returned to my bank account until now already 3 days.

3. Bring me the old version.Overall is good but delivery and distance is very time consuming for riders and sometime it's not worthy for what you get as delivery charges.A perfect application that will ease your life and meet ur needs in a professional quick way.

dear marsool i diliverd an oeder no#292296837 in al kharj its a mobily card recharge amount 230 riyals inculding dlivery its amount 256 riyals so marsool send me text in chat that he paid money from apple pay and i send the recharge code picture the custumer and waiting money back in my STC PAY account but i didnt recevied any money back in my STC pay account so please solve my problem soon as poosible i m waiting marsool thanks.
