1. For creating high quality video, having these reoccurring glitches appear is disappointing and counter productive for an app that is used for creating movies/videos.I can take a video with my cellphone, open the app, and try to load the clip into the app and it says the file is damaged.

1. Restart Movavi Clips: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Movavi Clips App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Movavi Clips" » Open Movavi Clips - Video Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Movavi Clips » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Movavi Clips - Video Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Movavi Clips servers.
