EHS Customer Insights

1. It just shows a white screen.Useless App! Easy to register but difficult to log in and app always unavailable! How can we request medical records if your app is not working?!? Ive been trying to log in for 5days now and still i cant do it!Easy to use and useful App, thank youApp doesn't even open.

2. 3.While giving feedback or complaints, the keyboard keeps on blinking & disappearing from the screen, not allowing the user to write a feedback.

3. Since I uninstalled it I recovered the well to live.Greetings, This application was working well for some days, but when I logged in to get my release certificate from COVID19, it didn't work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix EHS Issues

1. Fix EHS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart EHS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the EHS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EHS" » Open EHS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EHS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear EHS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EHS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EHS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check EHS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EHS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall EHS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EHS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EHS not working


2. Fix EHS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EHS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EHS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EHS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
